Over the next year, Vivid Detail LLC would continue to thrive and even expanded into onsite PC service. During this time, Ben was hired to be a full-time tech support lead for a company that stalled progress within Vivid Detail LLC.

While working, Ben devoted his outside time to continuing web development, however in time focused solely on his position for the company he was working with. This allowed him to fine-tune his customer service skills as well as learn API’s and integration between a variety of systems. Ben was also the lead tech support supervisor and ran multiple expansion projects within the company including EDI integration.
